Royals At The Break: Defending Champs Men's Volleyball Have the Tools to Win Again
The Douglas College Men's Volleyball team has all the tools necessary to repeat as PACWEST champions.
Sitting second in the PACWEST standings heading into the exam break, the Royals rank second in sets won over the course of the regular season plus are seventh nationally in the CCAA rankings. Marvin Tumusiime ranks first in kills per set and total offence per set, and ranks third in blocks per set. Niko Robbles and Luke Hans also rank in the top ten in kills per set.
Douglas comes back from the break with two games against the Capilano Blues, before returning home to play the top-ranked team in the CCAA, the College of the Rockies Avalanche. You can view all the photos from the first half of the season here.
